You will be charged our delivered prices. There are no separate delivery charges.

As the online store is only for account holders, the payment method is subject to the terms of trade when the global account was set up. Customers may which however to pay cash on delivery.

Deliveries will be made by our fleet of vehicles and will be scheduled as per the agreed delivery route for your account. if a delivery route day has been missed then we will endeavour to delivery as soon as possible, otherwise the order will be delivered on the next  scheduled run.

Financial information is not stored on our website as payment will be made by cash on delivery or on account. We do not take credit card transactions on our website.

Your order will be emailed to our customer service department where your order will be validated and you will be informed as usual. Your order will be delivered on your next scheduled delivery drop.

The invoices will not appear on our website but will be available in paper form when the goods are delivered. You will be asked to sign our invoice as proof of delivery.
